Booking Eligibility: All services on the Site are available for booking by individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The services are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Pricing and Payment: All prices on the Site are listed in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and are inclusive of all taxes. Travel360 accepts payment via BML Gateway.

Booking Acceptance: Your receipt of a booking confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your booking, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to provide services. Travel360 reserves the right at any time after receipt of your booking to accept or decline your booking for any reason

Site Access: Travel360 hereby grants you permission to access and use the content appearing on this site, for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use any device, method, or software to interfere with the proper functioning of our Site.

Privacy: By using our Site, you consent to the processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy and agree to such processing.
